A coordenação do SEED e a Fundação Christiano Ottoni informam que constataram uma falha técnica na plataforma YouNoodle, utilizada para submissão dos projetos de negócios de base tecnológica na seleção pública 02/2018. Houve divergência no prazo de encerramento das inscrições informado na plataforma em relação àquele constante no edital de chamamento público.
Portanto, com vistas a garantir a preservação dos princípios da isonomia, impessoalidade, moralidade, publicidade, vinculação ao instrumento convocatório, evitando qualquer dano aos interessados, o SEED reabrirá o prazo para as submissões. Esta condição será concedida APENAS aos candidatos que iniciaram o processo de inscrição antes do prazo previsto inicialmente, mas que não conseguiram submetê-lo até dia 6 de abril às 18h (horário de Brasília). O processo ficará aberto durante 5 horas e 59 minutos, prazo equivalente à divergência constatada.
Desta forma, os candidatos já cadastrados na plataforma poderão concluir e submeter suas inscrições das 18h às 23h59min (horário de Brasília) do dia 16 de abril de 2018, segunda-feira, neste link.
Por fim, informamos que não serão aceitas a criação de novas inscrições e, tampouco ajustes em inscrições já submetidas.

SEED Coordination and the Christiano Ottoni Foundation make it public that a technical failure was reported in the YouNoodle platform, utilized for the submission of technology based business projects under the Public Call 02/2018. There was a divergence between the deadline informed by the platform and the one presented in the public call bidding document.
Nonetheless, in order to insure the preservation of principles of isonomy, impersonality, morality, publicity and abiding to the convocatory document, avoiding any harm to the interested, SEED will reopen its deadline for the submission of applications. This condition will be granted only to those that initiated the application process before the deadline previously described, but were not able to submit it until April, 6th, 18h (UTC -3). The process will be open for the remaining 5 hours and 59 minutes, equivalent period of the existent divergence
In this fashion, the candidates that are already registered in the platform will be able to conclude and submit their applications from 18h to 23h59min (UTC-3) on April, 16th, Monday, in this link.
We also inform that there will not be accepted new applications, neither, corrections in already submitted applications.
